Hydrolysed fish collagen a water-insoluble protein that is a building block of intercellular tissue in humans (in the form of collagen fibres, it is a component of intercellular matter). As people age, the body does not produce as much collagen as it used to. For easier absorption and thus greater effectiveness, collagen fibres must be broken down into smaller peptides using enzymes – i.e. by hydrolysis.

Vitamin C - contributes to normal collagen formation for normal bone function.

Zinc - contributes to the maintenance of normal hair, nails and skin.

Aquamin® F (calcium) and Aquamin® Mg (magnesium) - a complex of biologically highly available minerals, primarily calcium and magnesium. Magnesium is obtained from seawater. Calcium comes from calcareous seaweed (Lithothamnium sp.), which is harvested from the bottom of the northern Atlantic Ocean.

FOS - a mixture of fructooligosaccharides, or soluble fibre.

Biotin - is also known as vitamin B7 or vitamin H. It contributes to normal energy metabolism and nutrient metabolism and supports normal hair and skin.

Steviol glycosides are obtained from the South American herb Stevia rebaudiana. They are a source of sweetness and provide virtually no energy.

The recommended dosage is 1 capsule per day, which should be dissolved in water. For best results, we recommend using the product for at least 2 months and repeating the treatment regularly. If necessary, the supplement can be used over longer periods.
